General Policy

We use Dojo to collect and process transaction information.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Please be aware that it is illegal for under 18s to consume alcohol, attempt to purchase alcohol or have alcohol purchased on their behalf for consumption on the premises. If under 18s are found consuming alcohol on the premises they will be asked to leave along with their parent or guardian. Proof of age may be requested.

Delivery Policy

Your food with be with you as soon as possible. It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once placed

Refund Policy

If your order is refunded, either because a product is unavailable or as a goodwill gesture it will be processed through the cash desk tills, either by cash or returned to the card used at the manager's discretion.

Age Policy

Users must be 18 or over to use the online ordering system. If alcoholic or age-restricted products are purchased, the purchaser and any intended consumers must be over 18, and able to produce a valid ID on request.
